Awards & Distinctions

We’ve enjoyed fast growth and received many customer accolades, but the presentation of our STAR Supplier Award from Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Systems division in 2009 was an especially proud moment. Of 4,625 vendors, only 36 received the award, placing Atlantic Fasteners well into the top 1% percent of the division’s suppliers.

The STAR Supplier Award recognizes high-performing suppliers of Electronic Systems and three other Lockheed Martin business areas. In presenting the award, Lockheed Martin cited Atlantic Fasteners specifically for “helping the Electronic Systems division meet critical deadlines.”
To be nominated, Atlantic Fasteners met the quality, delivery and other business requirements set and evaluated by Electronic Systems for at least 12 months. Companies are re-evaluated annually in order to retain their status as STAR Suppliers.
